At Rozy Accs, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, we're happy to assist you with the following return and exchange policy:
Return Policy:
- You are entitled to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your product for another item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The same conditions for returns apply (unused items in their original condition).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Discounted items or items sold as part of special offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on Rozy Accs' part (such as receiving a wrong or damaged item).
- If a refund is approved, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund request.
- If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policy.
